I will share my Scavenger Hunt and Flipgrid assignment with three other students in order for them to evaluate my assignment; if I am feeling really confident and brave, I will share my assignment in front of class.
Though we will be completing this assignment together, I will open the Appointment in Samarra assignment on Google Classroom and use Kami in order to complete it; you will see instructions for Kami next to the Appointment in Samarra assignment.

First, I will evaluate my Letter of Personal Statement to see whether or not I correctly completed it: I will look at the grading rubric and watch a portion of the video showing me how to structure the letter.
Next, I will look at the Beowulf Essay Brainstorming Venn Diagram and discuss what I must do to complete this assignment for full credit using the rotating block format.
Next, I will look at the Inquiry method videos in relation to my Passion Project Brainstorming assignment; I will then complete and submit the Inquiry Process Google Doc.

I will briefly discuss the "Are Ghost's Real?..." article, read and analyze the example MLA paragraph from a previous student, and spend a few minutes fixing my article before Mr. Brady gives it a final grade.
I will finish reading "The Sailor-boy's Tale" by Isak Dinesen, the article "Youth Violence in Black and White" from the Chicago Tribune, look over the "Questions for Discussion" found on page 11 of Edges of Reality; I will then compare my answers with the actual answers, and then I will answer three questions: Literally, what happens in the story, interpretively, what is this story about, and applied, what does this story teach me about life.
